unauthorized debit from my account

Dear Sir, On behalf of my sister Edireswarapu.Lakshmi Bhavani, I am writing this email. she is having account with Union Bank , Thummapala branch , Anakapalli Visakha district, AndhraPradesh. She is novice regarding banking and Digital transactions. She didnot even know what OTP is and she didnot have knowledge operating android mobile phone even. Yesterday she asked me to get her bank passbook updated. She didnot update the bank passbook for the last one year due to the pandemic outbreak. I obtained a statement from the bank and found some transactions which are inappropriate and happened without her consent. Astonishingly her account was debited through some ONLINE payment gateways. She lost around Rs 30,000/- in various denominations and in various dates. She didnot have any online digital transaction accounts like paytm.
