Unsatisfactory merchandise

I had a casual net friendship with a girl who called herself Deepika. She asked for Rs. 100/- to talk with me on phone so I paid the amount through Pay TM to a number 8209353248 (Her Whatsapp number is 7665509573). The Order ID is 20210415 0116280073 and date and time was 1:18 am, 15th April, 2021. The payment done was shown in the favor of Priyanka Uttam. After the deposit, she immediately blocked me in her Whatsapp and didn’t reply back since then. I know Rs. 100/- is not a big amount but she must have cheated many people with this scam. Pls take necessary action and if possible pls nullify the transfer and freeze her account.
