complains against fraud

Sir, on 20.may .2021 i transfer a money rs 10000 on this bank account Gourav account number 113201505998 IFSC ICIC0001132 icici bank to purchase a phone, and another rs 1000rs on the next day.. through paytm .. and it turns out they are a scam / or fraud and they block me from everything after transfering the money.. please help me get back my money..
