Fraud done through Instagram account

I had received follow request from this seller on my Instagram account and seen advertise of cheap rate mobile phones on Instagram home page of carding_4_flipkart . Then I have asked a seller about Galaxy note 8 device, he told me that it is available in stock for RS 15500/- but he say that you have to pay RS 5000/- in advance. So I paid RS 5000/- through paytm (transaction id 18961858346) but next day he call me said that you should have to pay RS 3000/- to confirm your order. Then I paid RS 3000/- through paytm (transaction id 18969570635) . He said your order is successfully completed and I will send you order id and tracking id in some time. But when I call him he didn t receive any call didn t reply to any massage. So I want my money back. So I request you to please get my money back as soon as possible. His mobile no.8689806907
