using my old phone to log into my account of instagram

I have a suspicion that my instagram account is being used by siddharth bhate as he has my old phone , I am sure because he is in possession of my old phone lenovo in which my instagram and email id s were logged into. . I had stopped using that account in the month of december 2017. kindly accept my complaint and look into the matter. I found out about my profile being active today when a friend called me up to ask me why I was using two instagram accounts.
