got cheated in instagram shopping

On 16th July 2018 I order for watches on Instagram the ID is earnshopam(Earn@home) I have done payment for my order through paytm the amount is Rs. 1850/-;the payment done to the number is 7542078691 his name is Madhur Gooal s. They said that I will receive my order by 20th July 2018 They blocked me and there is no contact. They said me that there address is :House no 12b, Ankur colony, Shivaji Nagar, No 6 Locality, Shivaji Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, 462016 Sir Im having all the screenshots of payment and chat with them
