Not returning money selling online damaged clothes

Dear sir,I recently order salwar suit piece from ShiV Krupa feshion,310 AbhishekArket Yogi chock Surat Gujarat. I came to know about this shop via Facebook page and I contacted the owner via phone and WhatsApp. The suit piece I ordered came to me via courier and when I opened parcel, suit piece was damaged and having a hole. Immediately I contacted the seller and told him ,he said to return back him he will paytm the all amount back . I have returned the product and I asked him to pay courier charges and suit price back . He said that was not his fault it s courier person s fault he torn the suit piece during transportation.I can t pay for that .
