Olx ads, advance money, phone not received.

Dear sir My name is Jonish Aggarwal, i saw an ads on olx foriphone 6s 64 GBin Rs12000/-. link already mention on above. Olx Posted user name isGurpreet singh (+91 6239 573 075,9463668098). When i called him he said he is from Fazlika, Punjab, and told will courier the phone via Blue dart and asked me to make 6000/- INR after the time of courier and rest is when courier is deliverd . i was agreed becausehe whats app me the his aadhar card, pan card and Phone bill and video of phone condition . After some time, he messaged the courier photo.and request to make payment (6000/-). I told him that I will make payment in his bank but he refuse and said to send on paytm. I made the payment of rs 6000/- in payment on his brother paytm no (80543 78381) Order #201809151431120013 Transaction ID 20517034268 But after his promise time, when I didn t receive the courier, then I called him many times but he is not picking call. I also call BLUEDART customer care, they said given docket no is invalid. I attached the his aadhar card, Pan card, Phone Bill, Couriur photo, Paytm Payment Screenshot, OLX ADS POSTVSCREENSHOT Sir, I request to take action against him. His olx ads is still active. He is doing fraud online.
