Delivered defective and poor quality products

I would like to apprise you that I have ordered three dresses from site named clothing heart worth rs 1677. Today I recieved my order and all the products were defective and of poor quality. I want return and refund for the same. I would like to bring into your notice that i have raised this concern on their fb page also but they blocked me. They also blocked those who raise their concerns on their page. There are more than 136 complaints again then in the consumer forum.
