I got a fraud promotional call from timestravelcare.com on 8th oct 18 and asked me to purchase a holiday package. There will be assured gift that is dell laptop i5 and other item with this package they also mention my purchase details of paytm orders, and told me that on that purchase base i was select for promotion offer and they send me mail from website regarding travel package and assured gift items. I got a call from phone number 98992 84511on 8th oct 18 and he (Timestravelcare representative) explained the same about promotional offer. he committed the same to provide the assured gift (Dell laptop) with the holiday package. I called to timestravelcare main number [ 84479 53238] which is posted on website to ensure that this offer is genuine or not. One lady picked up my phone and she confirmed that this promotional offer is genuine for me. Then i called to previous number [98992 84511] to purchase the holiday package he guided me to register my account on timestravelcare for this package and on same call he asked me to pay the package amount using paytm wallet. Package cost is rs 5990. I paid rs 5990 using my paytm wallet. Transaction id - [201828139628492 ] and for second[201828141210965] transaction . They committed me to deliver the assured gift withing 48 hours. Today is 12th oct 18. They are not picking the phone. Their phone was switched off in the morning later when it was turned on they are not picking up my phone. I am sure they are the cheater. They send the courier as well which is only printout of from and completely worthless. Please help me sir to tecover my money and stop these kind or cyber crime who stolen money of lot of people through these kind of website.
