Fake call

Hi, My self Ashwani I received call from following number +919062823483, they was trying to want my card details and OTP, but I already aware from fake calls so I didn t give the details, after then they give abuse. I told I give this number to police they told many person already told and police know that number very well So what the mean they told?This number is active till now.If all mobile company given the Sim card after verification then why police not arrested?Or mobile company will not verification properly then issue warning letters bcoz many middle class person lost money.Please take it seriously This is my humble request
