There was a fraud transaction being done by someone from my ICICI bank debit cardDate of transaction : 8 Dec 2017Amount of transaction: 17500 at 9:32 pmTransaction ID: 2 transactions like this (one for 10,000 another 7500)Complaint filed with bank for investigation : SR513251967Bank denied to refund the amount stating that this transaction is made at ATM (other than ICICI bank), I have requested for CCTV footage from bank.SR for requesting CCTV footage : SR572645646I had reported this to Palam Vihar Police station as well.
