Card Cloaning from Club Factory (RS 7500 Debited from Bank Account)

Dear Sir, I have purchased some stock from Club Factory online site. i paid cash on delivery. the product was not good so i asked for return. today morning the customer representative from club factory thru call asked my debit card no for refund. he told me that this is the only way for refund under company policy. i only gave him the 16 digit atm nos . i did not give the CVV no and Pin No. then suddenly 7500 rs debited from my bank account. i have attachd the sms from bank and call details from the fraudulant person.
