debit of money from bank account through mobile call

i got a call from no-9065863682 and other no-9934010913 and said that they are calling from punjab national bank and indian overseas bank and said that your ATM will expire soon so that you have to provide details of ATM so we can renew it from here i got influenced by them and provided details of my account and then they debited rs-12000 from my both accounts rs-11000 from my pnb account and rs-1000 from my Indian overseas bank account ,
